Rotary drum screen is a device used to prevent fine particles from inlet wastewater from damaging mechanical equipment. There are two kinds of drum sieve as internally flow and externally flow.

The wastewater enters into the drum drum screen at the inner flow. The effect of turning the spiral in the drum causes the wastes to flow out from the other side, while the treated wastewater from the inlet wastewater is collected under the drum and collected from the hopper.

On the other hand, for the externally drum screen, the wastewater is discharged outside the drum. The dirt that needs to be removed here remains on the surface of the drum and when it reaches the bottom with the effect of rotation, it is thrown away from the scraper combs. The wastewater enters the drum and reaches the collecting chamber on the equipment.

Rotary Drum Screen is applied especially in industrial wastewater treatment plants; textile, agriculture, paper, slaughterhouse, food, concrete and recycling wastewater treatment plants.

Rotary drum screen equipment we produce is manufactured from stainless steel sieve bars called wedge wire slots. The chassis part of the equipment is made of carbon steel or AISI 304 stainless steel.

The sieve openings are projected between 500 microns to 4 mm.

Wastewater inlet and outlet are manufactured with flange, which provides ease of connection to pump pipes.

Compared to static sieve bend screen, rotary drum screen need electricity energy connection.

The wedge wire stainless steel bars used in the sieve do not cause plugging problems.
