Rotating Bridge Scraper
Rotary bride scrapers are commonly used in medium and large-scale wastewater treatment plants to effectively remove sludge masses accumulated on the bases of the downstream settling basins and to remove the upstream foam/scum collected on the clarifier surface.
Half bridge scraper or full bridge sludge scraper options are available for clarifiers.
Sludge accumulation occurs at the bottom of sedimentation tanks with a bottom slope of less than 40% and this sludge can not be taken with its own gravity flow. Pallet bottom skimmers added to the bottoms of the rotary bridging skimmers transmit continuously to the sludge receiving bases at the bottom of the muddy pond. The oil and foam collected on the surface are taken to the oil reservoir by means of scraper surface pallets. During this scrapping process scam baffle plates prevent scum escape to treated water flowing through the V-notch weirs.
Circular sedimentation pools (clarifiers) are provided by the movement of the tire wheels through low-speed gearmotors that turn the drive mechanism of the equipment. Speed must be around 2-4 cm / second.
Our rotary bridge scraper equipment is manufactured with V-shape weirs, degreasing scum scraper, steingel structure and deflector structure.
